Here at Tranquil Harmony Tea, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise that require a refund. Here's our refund policy to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers:
- Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can try to assist.
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email Megan@tranquilharmonytea.com within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.
- For unopened / unused Steepware, we can offer full store credit of any item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date.
- For Tea and Gifts, we can not accept any returns, as tea is a food product. We encourage buying tea in 1oz sample sizes before buying them in the larger bulk sizes. Also, as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.
Unopened / Unused Steepware Return Procedure
- Contact us at Megan@tranquilharmonytea.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, unopened / unused Steepware item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.
- Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll issue your Gift Card to tranquilharmonytea.com.
- Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
